The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean.

I was disappointed with the breakfast, as many of the hot items were cold during my stay. The area outside the hotel was chaotic, with much litter and an unsettling vibe from nearby clubs. It made returning to the hotel feel less welcoming than I had hoped.

The room was spacious and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the relaxing terrace area after a long day of sightseeing. It was great to have access to the refreshing pool to cool off, too. The only tiny issue was the breakfast running low on options after 9 am, but it didn't take away from our wonderful time. 😊

The room was clean and spacious, really enjoyed the big tiled shower. The double bed was super comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Only downside was that I wished for more pillows and a kettle to make some tea. But other than that, it was a solid stay!

Had a pleasant stay at Smile Hotel. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had an exceptional double shower with a rainforest showerhead that I loved. Great location near many eateries in the Nagarekawacho district. A short bus ride from JR Hiroshima Station. However, I wished there had been two pillows per bed instead of just one. The room itself was clean, but it felt a bit compact. Also, getting a taxi from the train station was necessary, which was slightly inconvenient. A kettle in the room would have been nice for making hot drinks, especially after a long day of exploring.
